These HMO, or Health Maintenance Organization, plans all offer set copayments for doctor visits and prescription drugs. Copayments for doctor visits increase as you proceed from Plan A to Plan H maxing out at $40 for primary care and $50 for specialty care. Custom Healthcare Investor HSA Plans

Kaiser Permanente offers five Custom Healthcare Investor HSA Plans for small businesses in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Enrollees covered on these plans have the option of opening a health savings account at the financial institution of their choice. Funds placed in these HSA accounts are tax deductible on your federal taxes and may be used for qualified medical expenses. These are HDHP Plans (high deductible health plans) with deductibles ranging from $1,200 up to $5,000 for self-only coverage and from $2,400 up to $10,000 for family coverage.
